I'm sorry I haven't responded for such a long time, but I don't really have a clear answer for you all. I'll just say that a few years ago I was going through a really sad and confusing time in my life, and at the same time experiencing an existential crisis, leading to suicidal thoughts and hopelessness. I eventually hit rock bottom and eventually my outlook on life took a dramatic change. It's kinda like that saying where when you've hit bottom, there's nowhere to go but up.
