  • The first one you did is called a Hindu Push Up and the second example you did is called a Dive Bomber Push Up.

  • Lol, we do these in my Judo class alot before starting, its a great warmup ^^

  • We usually do about 20 per class as part of our warmup, with most guys training 2-3 times per week. You could always do more. They are a great upper body exercise, and help translate into your hold-down work -- think about doing this while in mune-gatame (side hold, side mount) to push weight into the chest of your partner or opponent.

  • I gotta start doing these. Nice video. How many of these per day should I do and how often per week?
