"ithin the first level, police officers implement polite verbal instructions, then more authoritative verbal instructions, followed by lawful commands and command in conjunction with explicit warnings of impending arrest for non-compliance (Schmalleger, 2008). If you use your voice to inform people of corporate injustices you are a trespasser? I heard, AS protestors were leaving, an officer say, "Everybody stop!" I never heard anyone say you are under arrest or anything remotely close. No announcement of impending arrest? That is a major law enforcement infraction. Those are practices in training that are vital and taught to ALLofficers. The protestors here, and their camerperson, are all heroes! Shame Award goes to the Del City P.D.
Walmart advertises career criminals out in front of their stores posing as charities, soliciting "work" so they can break into homes and steal. Then they extort you in writing to get your property back while the police threaten to arrest you if you don't pay the ransom. Beware of Walmart and beware the Coalition for the Homeless and police - they steal cars. Call assistant D.A. Robert S. Tobias 614-645-8940 and tell him to prosecute these criminals - he'll know what you're talking about.
