Wow look at the size of that audience!! It simply would not happen here in the UK unless it was for a damned pops concert or some movie crap. Good to see in Germany real music is appreciated!

@phil2u They would get huge crowds in Central Park, NYC - but no way to charge for admission. Pavarotti in Central Park had a million people :-))

There are outdoor concert pavilions in major American cities, you can get 20 K attending a classical concert if it's a great orchestra and Bronfman playing Rach 3rd. Yefim Bronfman has given extraordinary performances of Rach 2nd,3rd and 4th - and those are just the ones I saw him play live:-))

Alright, so since it's pretty much hopeless since your website's not letting me watch this video anymore, despite it not being 2 months, I have a question. So you said we won't be able to watch it free anymore, so I'm assuming that means we pay for it. Well, once we pay for it, what, we download it? Or we just get to come back to your site and watch that particular video for free? I just wanted to be clear on that.

So umm....why doesn't the video play? It hasn't been two months yet.. :/..what's going on with the thing? I can play every single other performance but this one. I press play on the thing, that window goes down as if it's gonna start the video to get out of the way, but then nothing happens! I really wanted to see this performance again before the two months are up, but now that's impossible! :(

I'm so happy I get to watch this online! Although I will say that baby that kept crying and crying from the middle of the 1st movement to the beginning of the 2nd movement got on my damn nerves!!! Although they're not as bad as a Hollywood Bowl audience, actually they're much more educated. Bronfman was amazing, it was great to hear him play Rachmaninoff 3rd at a live concert instead of the CD I have with Salonen conducting!

Wonderful concert but I can't seem to watch anything until after midnight as before then the screen keeps freezing whilst trying to watch anything during the day time, or indeed live performances. Can anyone advise what the problem may be? I am in the UK.

jamesssnnjms-Try using a different browser. One of my browsers allows me about hours daily at varying intervals only. Another browser is more trouble using than it is worth,as the edges of the videos are clipped or cropped. These problems by the way are just with you tube,and I'm now going with one that has problems with incoming and outgoing mail,while I audition a 4th. browser with my fingers crossed. Good luck.
