I think he should pay a fine for disorderly conduct and leave it at that. He didn't hit the guy and even though the guy pursued him and actually put his hands on him and pushed him ( assaulted) , he only pushed him back enough to keep the guy off of him- he was walking away at first. The other guy should be fined as well since it obvious he was trying to escalate the situation.
No matter what LIFE throws your way.we ALL need to be RESPONSIBLE!!! Or is it that we still need are MOTHERS to tell us what is right or wrong or better yet tell us "WHERE TO PARK AND TO READ WHAT EVER SIGNS ARE POSTED AROUND"????
