The bank, where i work, has introduced SAP for all its operating activities, and i can say - SAP is TOTAL SHIT. It extend all processes of document's moving, instead of shortens. I use this SHIT called SAP, no, i am FORCED to use this shit, and i spend much more time than i spent before SAP had been introduced.

NO! That's the core skills of the SAP consultant wannabes! I worked for SAP for 11 years. Any problem was MY problem and I got it resolved. Companies that hire "SAP" consultants based on price get what they deserve. THAT's what you are describing and you are dead on right!

Learning to handle a soccer ball like that would be easier than navigating SAP. ERP systems may be a great tool for the business, but if your only tool is a hammer, everything starts to look like a nail... soon everything is destroyed.
