as the english are the smartest on earth we wait for america to start spending money researching then obviously they'll need our help so we call a treaty with them over space/missile attacks. build our own. job done. then we forget certain contries save the money and effort and actually help ppl who we have a chance of helping and who has'nt been brainwashed.
Really? if the english are the smartest how come the germans were the first to build rockets or nearly finish an atom bomb first. I mean I give you guys props for building the first tanks in WW1 and best fighters in WW2 but I haven't heard anything about the british space program that much. It is usually NASA and the Russian Space program usually conducting most of the work.

sure mayb ya's didnt actually land on the moon?? maybe ya's orbited it a couple of times nd shot "the landing" in the desert or something. maybe you did land on the moon but sort of forgot how to get there and back in one piece..

because its extremely expensive and back then we were in an battle for technological supremacy with the ruskies.
unless we can mine gold/diamonds from the moon its not profitable. they will set up bases in the future however once technology matures more.
