@oOZamuriiOo if it's a true factory 290 hp car then you have found a steal. I see that your post is from a long time ago but if it's a K code..........i believe its the 5th or 6th digit on the vin number which will denote a "K".......then buy it. Otherwise it's probably not worth a whole hell of a lot more than how good of shape the car is in. if the floorboards, front and rear quarter panels, and frame look to be free of rust with a decent paint job.......then it's probably an ok deal

@oOZamuriiOo hey a year ago when I was 16 i was thinking the same thing. I got a loan with parents help and got a 1969 mustang Mach 1 to work on. THE BAD thing is it looked good, sounded good, and ran good for about 3 months. I had to put in a new clutch(no biggy, was a really old clutch) when I changed the oil, antifreeze came out. Had to get a new engine. The old one needed a new head gasket, but the timing chain was all screwed up.....

@SloanKetering ya mine had 351W which according to the VIN that is wat it is suppose to have..so we put the same back in.. just got a long block from a motor place in another town. But they had bored it over for us, .40 and put a rv cam in it, nothing too special. Now I'm working on an exhaust system.

its actually called 'lime gold" and the interior is ivy gold. but he has the center console and deluxe interior as well. they also used lime gold on shelbys.

Well thats not a picture of the car exactly when we got it but it was the closest i had. But there were alot of dents and rusted out pieces, which needed to be fixed before paint
