Not accurate on the numbers? Maybe not at the time you commented. They were accurate when the video was created, though.
Regarding the sewer units and allocation, of course they were previously owned. And what's wrong with a previously owned allocation?
As for the government's involvement and hinderance of building, please provide evidence. Insurance companies haven't been good to work with, but I know several who have not had a problem with the government.

Not too accurate on the #'s, and fails to mention that the sewer units and allocation were owned by the previous owners. The government has not been exactly helpful or easy to work with, either. Ask anyone who has actually lost a home here, and especially those who live out of town and are trying to rebuild their cabins.
