I think it's okay that Dyan didnt have a perfect voice. It added authenticity to the movie and in my humble opinion this simple duet was the best part of the whole flick. There is real chemistry at t work.

This totally blew me out of the water, the first time I ever saw this movie. Willie Nelson, & his music, has always been a force to be reckoned with! I love his music, his style, his mannerisms, his look, I just love it all! And then, here comes this Fine Looking, Dyan Cannon,and does this duet with Willie,...the song has always been, just awesome anyway,and then they do this together! I though I was going to have to, take a 'chill pill', before that movie was over! Absolutely 5 Stars!

You are right . It took me a while to like Willie's and Kris's voice. Willie does a great duo with Ray Charles called "Seven Spanish Angels". And he does a great Duo with Keith Richards on " We Had It All". One of the things I like best about Willie and Kris is that they have the most positive spirits on earth. Hve fun listening.

this movie brings back memories to a day of my youth. i'd just got out of the army in 78. it is even a better movie getting drunk and watching it. then you can help willie sing, even if you can't carry a tune. lol. everyone tells you to shut up. but of course you don't because your drunk. the chicks in this movie are awesome too. the babysitter was a knock out chick to wish for. then when you are done with this movie you have to watch the rose with bette middler. lol
