  • Great tips, man. That's pretty much what I do for my shoulder routine, but my delts are being stubborn. My traps are jacked, but without my delts catching up it looks disproportional. I cut back on my military presses and focusing exclusively on delt exercises and flyes, but for some reason those delts just don't want to grow.

  • @athelite We are going to make a progress/flexing video, as well as a few more workout tutorials including Legs and Chest either later this week or next. Dom plays baseball, currently I don't play any sports, just focusing on fitness!
