I always get so tired of all the assholes on the leftlane who are not overtaking but just driving there. My penalty would be taking driving license away and take new exams. In my country the pealty for overtaking right is almost twice as expensive as keeping on the left lane and slowing down other traffic. Its pathetic!

@LiveLarger Although I agree that a lot of people hang in the left lane for way too long at very low speeds, but these people were probably overtaking someone else at a 120 km/h while these Porsches drove by at around 200km/h. Can't really blame those people.

@LiveLarger well... not quite... they have the so called "Rechtsfahrgebot" which of course does mean you should drive on the right... but the rule fades somewhat at high speed. There it is OK to stay in the left lane at high speed unless you are in someones way. If at 200 someone pulls up behind you who clearly wishes to go faster you should yield. The fine you refer to is typically handed to people who sit in the left lane at perhaps 120 or less and actually hinder many drivers from overtaking.
