I think it just means that now and again people should stop stressing and try to relax and enjoy life. We're all analysing these words when right at the end of the song he says "It felt so good it hurt. Forget the words." I think he just wants us to enjoy it (^_^)

I love the lyrics from 1:52- 2:10 and the sounds of 2:11-2:45. Awesome video, awesome song, but most importantly, unbelievably important lyrics for the corporate america of today. Wouldve complimented the film Office Space perfectly.

ok heres what i think it's about

he's saying that people who work in offices all there life don't know how to interact with other people or nature properly and this is how they would react if they were dumped in a forest. note the line "are you happy what you're doing". It also refers back to what happens at the office when they are not there. at the end their boss realises what has happened to these people. i think he feels bad. basically the message is to live your life.
