There are several ways you can tell this cat is not pissed. 1) her tail is not puffy 2) ears are not pulled back 3) back isnt arch and 4) if this cat was really mad why would it stay there just to take the abuse. My cat attacks me and leave if i so much as touch her tail when she's not in the mood

All cats have unique personalities. This is a very cool cat! With regard to tail pulling, I lift my cats' rear feet off the ground by pulling their tails. They would hardly purr and return for more if they disliked it. I have a cat who loves to be snapped on the butt with a towel, gently, of course. It's just a love pat. She rolls, gets up, rubs against my legs, purrs and plops down again for more. Would I snap her on the head with the towel? Of course not. That would be cruel.

Oh goodness!! This reminds me of one of the cats I spent time with at the shelter, she was evil!!! ..Or so some people thought. She was just like this, and she was so much fun to play with because she would never hurt you. Yes, she had the ability! I was so glad to see she got adopted by a very loving couple, and I stopped by their place once to see her, and she still plays like this. She is treated very well and when calm is a really sweet lap cat.

I read the "more info" section and understand where you come from there. I see a lot of cat vids where people are just playing with their cats and people call it abuse. I have owned many cats throughout my life and can tell if they are being mistreated or not.

A cat of 19 years has reached a grand old age - Plus if it was angry - you would be covered with your own blood - so play with your swetie and enjoy each others game! Yes, when a cat "lays back it's ears" you know it is serious. My husband "plays" with our cat this way, and when he gets scratched, he just "takes it" because he asks for it. Our cat will jump down and run away when he's had "enough."

This is so cute. My girl cat just got up off her cat tree and looked up like "Um, what is going on?" Now the princess is awake and I must entertain her. Cute kitty.

Cats love this shit. If they didn't, they would just run away instead of coming back for more. Cats are just naturally LOUD drama queens. Little bastards do whatever the hell they want, don't give a fuck what anyone else thinks, sleep all day, and raise hell all night. Gotta love 'em!

I'm suprised that cat didn't fall off the counter, hehe! My cat is always falling off things because she's crazy when playing. But she hardly makes any noise. It's funny...I've never seen a cat having fun and hissing at the same time. XD
And like someone said above, it's crazy that you had to put all that in the description. They must not have cats then!

Oh goodness!! This reminds me of one of the cats I spent time with at the shelter, she was evil!!! ..Or so some people thought. She was just like this, and she was so much fun to play with because she would never hurt you. Yes, she had the ability! I was so glad to see she got adopted by a very loving couple, and I stopped by their place once to see her, and she still plays like this. She is treated very well and when calm is a really sweet lap cat.

my cat is four years old and a lazy bugger... he is not overweight but lazy arounbd the house.. wont even defend himself against a play mouse :O just looks at it and falls back in defeat....

My cat does exactly the same thing. I was gonna make a video of it, but I was affraid that ppl would think I was "abusing" him. He is very vocal, and loves to attack feet. He's the only cat I know that can be hissing, and growling, and purring all at the same time!

I read the "more info" section and understand where you come from there. I see a lot of cat vids where people are just playing with their cats and people call it abuse. I have owned many cats throughout my life and can tell if they are being mistreated or not.
As for the video itself, he is just playing with you. I just find it cute that he likes to be so vocal like that.

I am involved in catrescue work, & I can say is that there are as many different expressions of play and other communications as there are cats! A cat of 19 years has reached a grand old age - Plus if it was angry - you would be covered with your own blood - so play with your swetie and enjoy each others game! I have a rescue cat who growls & hisses, I thought he hated me but doesn't hurt when he bites or hits you with his paws - I thought he had been teased too much - hmmm. Rethink time 4 me?

you can so tell this cat is playing. if it was serious then it would bit and scratch his hand to draw blood and if anyone has seen a viscious cat before then you should be able to easily tell this one is playing.

Yes, when a cat "lays back it's ears" you know it is serious. My husband "plays" with our cat this way, and when he gets scratched, he just "takes it" because he asks for it. Our cat will jump down and run away when he's had "enough."

My cat loves to play fight, but she doesn't get vocal until she's had enough. That's when we know she is ready to stop. Watch some of the videos on here of cats playing together and you will see that they even act like this then too.

I don't think you're abusing your cat at all, I mess with my one cat Toby, and he comes back for more. If the cat didn't want anything to do with you or was mad, it could simple run/walk away from you, BUT IT DIDN'T. Don't listen to the losers on here who say you're hurting the cat.

@butterflylr My cat does the same exact thing. it sounds awful. but shes having a blast. My cat also likes to TRY to scare people. but when shes crawling across a clean floor and hiding behind small cat toys and electrical chords, you can kind of see it coming.

Wow, I've never had a cat be vocal when i play with them, interesting. My kitten bites really hard but she just playing, when she starts whining is when she wants to be left alone. Kitties are so strange!
