The intro is the worst intro I've ever heard for any good song in my life. I mean, WTF? A single synthetizer note sustained for over a minute? Why would they do that? All the jokes about Prog cliches were made so that no one would actually do something as ridiculous as this!
That being said, the song itself is Mind-blowingly beautiful.

This song is great, but it's so odd that it's such a normal song, compared to their usual enigmatic weirdness. Their other songs make use of such abstract language, and suddenly this one ask things like "do you remember how you wore that dress" and "my heart it asks just one more time are you still a mess".
