@CharlesBarry I agree with you, her died was a shock to me and I adored her. I seen her a few times in concert. She is my favorite female singer. Her grand son even played the drums on one song he had to be 6 years old at that time. I hope she in heaven and Knows how much she was loved and her music will live on. Best wishes to her family. The first time I heard At Last was in a Jaguar commercial in the beginning of the 90's. So for a long time every time I heard the song I thought about luxury and class. Etta had one of the most powerful voices I've ever seen. Though she no longer has that powerful voice her soul is still there and that in itself is powerful. I don't know why the hell Obama didn't call her up for that presidential presentation. If he says R.I.P. I'll punch is ass in the face.
