I'd like to do something like that, but the video is a mod. You can tell that the game has been modified because the four nozzles that provide thrust on the Hydra are all in the down position throughout the entire video. The Hydra can't fly when the nozzles are aimed in the downward position, it can only hover (like a helicopter).

The person that made that video is a fraud; he's fooled a lot of people into thinking he can do air stunts, which he's not doing at all. The landing gear is down too.

@nikitabadanov704 its only permanent if you remain in the other islands. if you get back to the first island, using cop bribes or pay and sprays will reduce the level but if u get a bribe in san fierro, it stays at max level

To increase speed on any motorbike (including scooters), zzerr7, rapidly tap the control to lean forward/steer down while accelerating; that'll make all motor-powered bikes go faster.

@ChainsmokingPothead GTA Vice City, City Stories, Liberty City Stories and San Andreas are not part of the numbering; technically they are all side stories to what is going on in Liberty City during, before and after GTA III (called the GTA III era). GTA 4 starts with another whole new Liberty City with no characters from the GTA 3 era.
