  • SERIOUSLY PEOPLE- Dont move to LA. Im a born and raised Angelino that has seen this city go from cool to bad to better and now its sliding into REAL bad again. The City govt cant afford to maintain the city. Illegal immigrants are trashing EVERYTHING. Its reached the terminal point for "industry" wannabes that cant get work and end up trapped here, etc...LA is not looking good for the future. DONT COME HERE. You will regret it.

  • LOS ANGELES APARTMENTS...Your choices for neighbors are...

-Mexicans with screaming kids that trash everything and make the place filthy.

-Irresponsible assholes that have little yap-yap dogs that bark nonstop and are allowed to dump/pee everywhere,

-Old western Euro/Russian immigrants that are ASSHOLES.

    -Russians that are ASSHOLES.

    -Israelis that are ASSHOLES.

-Film/TV biz wannabes that have ZERO consideration for your property or privacy.

-DONT COME TO LA. You will regret it.

  • @VoodooPolitico Depends on where you live west hollywod is cool, downtown is not cool I agree a lot of these people are jerks, Santa Monica is cool as well, brentwood through beverly hills, manhattan beach those areas are pretty cool it depends on where you live Personally Im from pasadena and want to move to LA

  • Moving to LA from Australia in a few years. Nice areas to rent but not too expensive? And that have near by shops and restaurants etc.

I want somewhere small but not too small.

  • SOMEONE TAKE ME TO LA NOW!!!!!!!!!

  • Los Angeles indeed offers a lot of beautiful apartments. But I still strongly suggest to buy a property than renting.

  • I like the Eastside. It's a funkier area north of downtown and east of Hollywood that's rapidly gentrifying.

  • Got to see Blues Traveler at the House of Blues, it was great.

  • @adamgospodin We like Blues Traveler!

  • Your job will decide what apartment you live in.

L.A. is indeed, the place to live.

    It has EVERYTHING.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • I agreee 100%

  • wow LA looks amazing! =O

  • california like no other! the best wheather is here. but it's expensive to live in L.A

I live in north hollywood and my rent cost around $1800 2 bed house.

thanks for this video, after all is a nice city.

  • @CLUBAMIGOS540AM There is incredible weather in LA. Sounds like your house is a bit pricey though. You could find some great apartments throughout the city for a little bit less....just a though.

  • @CLUBAMIGOS540AM You know what in North hollywood and woodland hills, encino, etc there are much better apartments for cheap than there are in Los Angeles

  • Mid Wilshire! Equidistant between downtown and Hollywood.

I rock a car-free lifestyle on the subway line. This is the quietest, most private apartment I've ever rented. It has 9 foot ceilings, plush carpets. On clear days, the view is to die for: The San Gabriel mountains are off to the northeast, the towers of downtown L.A. to the southeast. Lovely palm trees line the streets. All utilities included for $850, pets welcome!

  • i'm a college student how can i get approved to rent an apartment? without having to get a cosigner
