And for the eventual purpose of charging a global carbon tax? Congressman Steve Scalise is no fool. This cap and trade bill is about winners and losers. Not global preservation. Just look at 0:43 where Steve cites the amount of tax revenue predicted in Obama's own budget and then watch his reaction. Gore just got OWNED.

Im quite sure there overall scheme was to convince the world of the huge threat by fixing the data, and then after we have paid billions of dollars in taxes they fix the data again to show us that our efforts have worked. Then tell us that we need to continue paying taxes in order to maintain our safety. Then when everything is debunked they will come out and tell us that they used the money to pay off the Shiva so she wouldnt punish us for breathing.
