I am so excited but so sad! I've always loved the animal crossing series! I have had the same town on my Ds since 05. I'm excited because this games always brought me joy and laughter I always had fun. The only sad thing is I haven't really been able to get back into it but hopefully this will bring my love for this game back over the summer when it comes out if it does. But now it's time to get 160$ and get a 3ds and get this game!!! Wooo!!!

Aside from Mario Kart 7, which I already have, this is my only other real 'shut up and take my money!!!' title for the 3DS anytime soon...only feature I'd want them to add is the ability to access our E-Shop/Virtual Console titles in-game, much like you could the NES classics in the original Animal Crossing...surely someone out there agrees with me! :)

It's a big title game so they'll want to release it soon, but they'll probably release Paper Mario and Luigi's Mansion 2 during June and July. Both split off into one of the other months so one doesn't steal the spotlight over the other.

@dinkers30 Get one. It's SO worth it. I just got one last Friday and I haven't stopped playing it. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is fantastic and so is Mario Kart 7. I also hear that Nintendogs + Cats is awesome. Plus it comes with these awesome AR cards which basically lets your bring the contents of the cards to life. Although it's expensive, it is worth every penny.
