  • It's on Windows Movie Maker. You go to the top where it says "Imported Media" and go to "Effects" then find the rippling effect or whatever. Hope that helped, cuz to me, it feels like I didn't say anything helpful xD

  • I clicked on one of the effects, i put the same picture twice in a row and put the spin 360 on both
