as a Miley fan, i would have to disagree with u. Miley's life isn't perfect. just cuz miley is famous and living in her dream doesn't mean she is perfect. i've read some of her blogs revealing her insecurities about how she hates herself such as being tall, having long legs, and she even hates her own smile. she was also having personal problems to some girls who hate her, and she wasnt taking care of herself such as getting sick cuz she was not eating right, etc.
