My heart goes out to this little girls family. I don't have children, but sometimes my young nephew and niece get off the bus here at my house. I have to go out of my way, cancel plans etc. to make sure I am there at the bus stop when they got off the bus. I am talking about when they were 5-14 (now). Parents need to make sure their children get on the bus, get off the bus or take them to school and back themselves. No child should be snatched up without an adult there to witness it or stop it.
