@Kobaganda its actually proven because consoles use compressed graphics usuall locked at 30-60fps nothing higher, but than pc comes in and they render textures that are not compressed and run a frames that excel much higher than consoles can ever go, this is why console fan boys fail on pc vs console arguments haha

yeah, just make sure you have latest drivers for your 9800gtx, nvidia drivers seem to be prone to issues, ive had a couple nvidia cards which i loved, but the driver issues for certain games drove me away to ati

it will run fine, just make sure you have latest drivers for you video card, and the latest patch for fallout 3. i have the same specs just with a ati 4830, so you should run better than my setup, just so you know the e4500 is bottlenecking my setup, so it will do the same for you.

first thing, i have vista home prm 32bit, i would prefer windows xp, but lets face it that os is just old now. vista runs games and apps SLOWER then xp because of extra crap that comes with it, and poor coding. but if you put in a lil extra effort you can get most games to run almost as well as XP.

Either get new CPU or get new motherboard to Overclock your CPU. 50-50 i guess.
