Sure its quick but the reality is the HSV will ALWAYS get a better launch off the line due to instant power and zero lag and will be in front till you pass 100km... and then the turbo will slowly sneak in front.
Besides that, the ford itself is a piece of shit car.
Its unbalanced, doesnt handle and has serious traction issues.
Put both on a track and the FPV wont have a chance!! not to mention the ford drivetrain will screw itself up quickly too

@BAwithBALLS they will be up by end of november. a 700rwkw car will be very unreliable and getting that power down on the street will be impossible so in a drag its got no chance. mine with 350rwkw will thanks to good tyres and great harrop eaton differential.

@bortous trust me the engine in this car is far from unreliable and has been going strong with this power for about 2 years now,the guy whobuilt it done my car aswell and has a reputation to die for when it comes to anything ford,handling and balance not a problem,tein adjustables do the trick mate with onboard EDC,sorted some 285's on the rear to minimise loss of traction and ill be on ya tail wherever you go.

my old boy just got E2 R8 we dragged on weekend and turbo really shone at the 140kmph and when we touched the brakes at 230 i had 1.5 car length on him in my fg6t not a lot between em really but turbo has it all over the r8. both car bog stock standard
Why wont people compare the FPV gt 335 vs HSV v8??
Without any bias against the HSV's, the F6 is faster. Besides id prefer to see the 2 V8's against eachother...
