@FuguGoulash - there's a lot of CGI in this part. If you look carefully, you'll see a different texture on the furniture. Aside CGI, some scenes were shot separately - scenario at one time and the couple on the next one, when they were probably standing against a chroma-key screen. The close up in the hands at 0:58 and the complete spin right aftewards must have seemed strange if you look closely! ;)
