My question is,.... if this is free energy... what are the consequences of messing with the atmosphere? There are far more plausible ways to achieve free energy. Look up "FREE ENERGY MAGNET" just as one example. The chemtrails are probably being used for another purpose.... I haven't been able to find enough info yet, but, for them being used to power whole cities just doesn't make any sense otherwise. Even Tesla knew of the dangers of that.
