I think the Filipino martial arts is one of the deadliest if not the deadliest martial arts in the world, it is definitely meant for maiming and crippling, and those elbow strikes would definitely cut you and do alot of damage
True, FMA are among the deadliest martial arts. The Spiritual aspect of the arts are what makes them truely effective. The power of the art is a testament to the true Filipino culture and pride. You cannot truely learn the arts without embracing the culture as well. Do not focus on the result of challenging an FMA practitioner. Focus on the symphony of motion and harmony in which it is done.
Yeah, fantastic stick handling and editing. Seeing the advantages of sticks and also the disadvantage of carrying them for practical use, I made my own tool so I always have it. I practice with it on the robot arms, and like sticks, it gives a huge advantage. Any tool that allows a person to strike and defend at a distance outside attacker's reach, is the way to go.
