I love this architect!!! he's known for his surreal buildings. If most people today were amazed by his work, i cannot imagine how stunned were the people in his time upon seeing all of his master piece.
I love this series of videos, but when I start to enjoy them... they finish! Oh, and just a little thing, in catalan (Antoni) it's pronounced exactly as in spanish (Antonio) but without the last O, so the accent would be in the first O not in the A, that way it sounds italian! lol. Cheers from Barcelona!
OMG! That is phenomenal, thank you so very much for introducing his architecture to me. It's gorgeous and I love the entire concept behind his work. I want to expand on it through my own design.
It seems that there are a lot of people who don't really give a damn about the video. They only care about being the first one commenting it. Did you even watch the video?
@destroyerdreams u r not commenting about the video either... so let me say this to make my comment actually worth something, What has been your favorite architect so far?
@willman1661 You are right. My bad this time. I thought that the Le Corbusier's video was the most interesting video so far... But I'm really looking forward to see Louis Kahn video, if there might be one. What about you?
@gspahr well, youtube isn't exactly a forum for intellectuals, but in fact i love catalonian artists whether they're dali, gaudi, picasso, etc. and If you insist. It's nice to see that architecture is returning to the fantastic and obscure shapes found in art nouveau and expressionist architecture. (in particular gehry and hadid) Is this the comment you would have liked?
