G&G M14 Bolt Video

I just got my G&G M14 real wood version today but it seems like the bolt is kinda loose and can move from side to side alitte and sometimes I can't pull it back all the way because it looks like the little wheel thing under the bolt jams up. Does anyone else have this problem and know a way to fix it?

They audio isnt great, but in life- i have one- its great, very loud and crisp
