I don't think they camp it, but they just level off the Torama there. I just found it strange how they didn't show up until he was at like 5% HP.
These days the RMT parties leveling off Toramas's seem to have an extra healer around when OSE pops. If they get the Assault Jerkin, that's less gear they need to buy/craft later I guess.
yeah, I found that annoying as hell. It's funny how she only appeared when OSE was at 5%! I'm not 100% sure if she was an RMT, but I could have sworn she was there when I killed ose before. I'm glad I popped courier carrie to finish off that last sliver. I bet they would have tried to steal claim if he went yellow.
She was a gilseller, I know most of em have names like "khgsfsk" but sometimes they do names like Blucook, lilkitty, etc

I actually went back 6-8 hours later and killed him again and got the drop. 1/5 on him now. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes for him to pop when i've tried. I clear the toramas in the main large room and then even in the tunnels. Both times i've only had to kill 8 Toramas before he's popped.
