@jentryposs Didn't hardware used to come with the corresponding software drivers prepackaged with it? Along with a tontruck of other free editors and stuff for people who didn't have photoshop? I bought my old box back in 2004 and I still have all my driver cd's, not that I needed them as often XP already had the majority of the universal drivers. What OS were you using prior moving on to mac?
Honestly W-T-F fuck is this guy talking about??? Different "software fenders" WTF does that even mean? This guy hasn't ever used a PC obviously hes making shit up lol.
@o404o I just wish mac would remove all the bs from thier EULA's and allow people to install OSX unto thier home PC's and support more hardware. But they won't because they want an authoritarian dictatorship across their OS. Windows 7 is much more intuitive than a mac and has much more features.
However back in 2003, if my school macs didnt constantly freeze up and crash I may have gotten one cus the OS had alot of nice features, even if you couldn't right click or scroll with a mouse wheel 0.o
@daymyth like I say, Mac adopted Windows programs. One can duel-boot on macs, but you can't duel boot Mac programs on a Windows computer. Why? because other than physical features (I.e a big screen and slightly nicer quality and look) a mac has loads of really primitive programs that can barely even look at windows intricacy and usefulness, let alone meet it. Who cares about 'easiness to use'. Save the £500 (If you live in the UK) getting a SUPER-DUPER Mac (get a Windows computer), learn how to
@o404o Yea I have an i7 2600k, 16G Corsair DD3 3200mHz RAM (i7 compensates for the lower speed ram so much that i didnt need the higher speed), 1G HD6700 Radeon (just waiting for 3G card prices to drop), 4x2TB WD HDD's, 1TB WD HDD, all on a P8P67Pro v3 inside an Antec 1200 running off a 750W True Power New (manufactured by Seasonic which I love). All for $1400AUD (~£900), about the same price as getting 16G of RAM on a Mac Pro 0.o
@daymyth You are one lucky dude! When coming to the end of reading your comment I saw the figure 1400, and since I live in the UK, I immediately thought you were talking £1400 (which is still an ok deal for what you got). But then I realised that that was $1400!! Seriously, you need to give us some 'economy' at some point (when situations are a little happier =P ).
The word I used was vendors, not fenders, just so you know the difference.

@PancakeRecipes
It's a cruel thing for Mac to do. They make Windows seem crap, the general public believe it, and that's that.
So tell me.
Why did Mac adopt all the windows programs?
Try again, apple.
