no...i watched a my chem interview once and gee was saying what the meening of the black parade was and it was something like "death comes to people in different forms..."(and that the guy in the vid's strongest memory was of when he was a little kid and his dad took him to see a marching band)"and death came to him as a black parade because that was his strongest memory of his childhood"

so i think it's what you remember most in your life thatcomes to you when you die.
