i don't know. usually the winner is someone who is getting a main event push. like edge, rvd, and mr. kennedy did. shelton was a mid carder and the ic champion during the first two MITB matches so thats probably why he didn't win. as for stealing the show you have to be able to do some high flying moves and shelton can do that. last year jeff hardy stole the show because he is also capable of doing those high flying moves.
