If there is one thing we should learn from the tragic passing of this great talent, is that we, as black people, need to get off our asses and become donors. It's absolutely heartbreaking to think that had there been a compatible bone marrow donor, Lynden might still be alive today. For all I know, maybe I could have been the one to save his life. I feel so guilty and ashamed. Come on peeps, it's time we looked out for each other. I'M SO SORRY WE LET YOU DOWN LYNDEN - RIP.

I was devistated when i found out about LDH passing away. A truely amazing charactor. I like to think that the fact he died on Valentines day, is away of God confirming he was a true Lovers artist. I love all his tracks, but the one that stays with me is "Do angels cry", I feel it's full of the questions and unknowning LDH was facing, and a direct insight to his personality. This song touches the depths of my soul, Do angels cry? I don't know, But when listening to this track I do. RIP xx

This is perfection, the simplicity of the video, the emotion of the song caputred perfectly. I went and did a writer search on the Warner Chappell website, the label he was signed to when he passed. There's 172 songs of his on there, of course most of them never released...you can even hear previews for some of them. I hope one day they see the light of day. I really can't believe why talent like his doesn't get recognised more. x

RIP Lynden David Hall, its a shame you couldnt hold on a little longer as chemo has come along way in the few years. The cancer you have been battling for two years is what I was diagnosed with a few mothers ago. Have had 3 doses of chemo and three to go. I have an 85% chance of cure.
