at one of his shows, he said this song was written by Shake Russell, Clint Black and himself - there may have been a forth person - but I don't remember. This is one of my favorites - when he sings it.

Oh, my goodness. I have the South by Southwest CD with this song on it. Every song is amazing--so tastefully done. I was so excited to find this video. This band was overlooked as being one of the best in terms of songwrighting, musicianship and their tight, flawless harmonies. If you can find this CD, you really need to get it. Everytime I listen to it, it's like I'm right there in Taos at The Sagebrush, with those guys on stage. I'm a vocalist--my dream is to sing with Michael Hearne.
