hydrogen peroxide works amazingly well, better than oil pulling, I brush and rinse with it

i am also doing "oil pulling" a simple, cheap way to remove bacteria out of the mouth. just google the term to find out more. its an indian practice, i believe.

Heres how to have great Teeth and Gums

Floss Daily,

Use a Dental Irrigator or Waterpik, use a Soft Brush and all natural products from ECO DENT,  or Oramd

and always immediately Rinse your mouth with water after anything you eat or drink.

Eat alot of Organic fresh Green Vegetables and avoid Candies, Sodas and Chips etc.

and thats it, if ANYONE follows that simple program i guarantee you will have Healthy exc teeth for life
