  • Mitt Romney is a serial flip-flopper too! don't let him win!

    RON PAUL vs Obama 2012!

  • The guy on the right wearing the red hat is like "What!?"

  • I think the statement means that Kerry voted for the 87 billion before he voted against it. Is there so sort of Liberal translator tablet that we were all missing on this?

  • I love how the media jumped on it without bothering to look at what his statement means

  • Old Vet's facial expression at :07, classic.

  • picked the wrong freaking guy...that's why we had Bush another 4y ears

  • Comment removed

  • John Scary is a complete fool.

  • @davenewcreator He would have been a great president, I voted for him!

  • Check your facts because there was no 'flip flop." Kerry voted for a bill which provided the $87 billion along with reversing Bush's tax cuts for those making $400,000 or more a year.

When that bill failed to pass, Kerry voted against an entirely separate bill providing the $87 billion alone.

A tiny portion of that $87 billion (well less than 1%) would have financed body-armor. Money for that body-armor was added to another bill instead.

  • Hahaha, he's the flipper! He had no chance in 2004. Its almost like the democrats wanted to lose lol

  • PRO-COMMUNIST SENATOR "HANOI" JOHN KERRY SUPPORTS BRUTAL COMMUNIST VIETNAM BY KILLING VIETNAM HUMAN RIGHTS ACT 2009 (H.R. 1969) IN THE SENATE.

He considers dirty money and economic ties with Vietnam much more important than human rights values. Consequently, Vietnam, has waged a new crackdown on democracy activists such as Father Nguyen van Ly and lawyers Nguyen van Dai and Le thi Cong Nhan, who were given unfair, harsh sentences of several years in prison for their democracy activities.

  • "I actually did vote FOR the 87 BILLION dollars, before I voted against it.....................

but then how much have we spent since then"?

  • Same thing that happened to John Kerry happened to McCain and especially Palin (although McCain would have lost anyway). If you want to get elected...

    1. Don't say dumb stuff.

    2. More importantly, don't say anything that SOUNDS dumb.

  • What's so funny is that this ten second sounbyte that was designed to make Kerry look like a flip flopper and/or an idiot is the fact that Kerry " did vote for it before he voted against it ". The bill that he supported in the Foreign Relations Committee was not supported by the full Senate. A different bill was submitted to the FRC and Kerry opposed it because it drastically changed how the war was funded. He should have chose his words better but he was telling the truth.

  • McCain couldn't win because only 1 time has one party held power for 12 years and that was the Reagan-Bush years.

The media is also OVERWHELMINGLY pro-democrat and the same goes for the Hollywood folks for which our generation is so mezmerized by.

  • 32-45: not only one party, but one man.

  • No, Roosevelt/Truman, 2 democrats held power from 1933-1953, 20 years.

  • Yea this quote is what probably cost him the election, just like in 1992 when Bush 41 lost to Bill Clinton b/c he said "Read my lips, no new taxes"

  • Yeah, except 41 said the famous line in 1988 at the Republican National Convention when he was the nominee. H.W. Bush lost in 1992 not because he raised taxes four years after his pledge, hell Reagan raised taxes after he was elected, but because the economy in general slipped into recession. Oh, and before you say it, no, raising taxes did not but the economy into a recession. Just the nature of cyclical American economics.

  • this never gets old...

  • LOL! This is so classic.

  • SO out of context! you don't include how the thing he was voting for got CHANGED between votes? Are people so stupid as to believe that once a bill gets introduced that's it? no changes? It happens ALL THE TIME! Anybody could support something in one format and find that they couldn't support it anymore once all the ADD-ONS happened!

  • @Taylor4change I agree it was a cheap shot on Kerry.

It frustrates me that people don't do their homework and just parrot back what they hear.

I'm a Romney supporter and he has been unfairly branded a flip-flopper by biased media too lazy to do their jobs.

People really need to do actual research on their own and think for themselves.

  • thehatbloke

prove to me that Mccain flip flopped on 1) abortion and 2)torture and 3) gitmo

    Dont just make up things

  • McCain may be the only man alive who's actually voted against his own legislation. If you're looking for killer quotes, try this one from a debate:

Moderator: If your original proposal came to a vote on the Senate floor, would you vote for it?

    McCain: No, I would not.

  • Kerry is a mere beginner in flip-flopping in comparison to John McCain.

McCain so far has managed to flip-flop on immigration, the duration of the war in Iraq, abortion, gay marriage, the Katrina response, warantless wiretapping, Gitmo, the religious right, tax cuts and torture.

  • The 10 seconds of his life that cost him the election. gg

  • Oh yea cause Bush never lied once. Nope, not once, not ever. These conservatives are the biggest suckers of all time. EVERYONE LIES!!! EVERY CANDIDATE!!!! It jsut so happens that lately repubs lie more often

  • This Really Did Kerry In.Liberals Always Eventualy Do Themselves In.

  • Haha, really clever. So you cut Kerry off right before he was going to explain the statement. Good work man, way to totally spin and distort a statement. Sad thing is I'm sure it still mananged to fool a number of idiots into buying your doctored crap.

But it's all for the votes, right? ....

  • he actually did vote for 87 billion dollars, before he voted against it

  • Kerry is an idiot....

  • This fucked up Kerry royaly.

  • it's unpatriotic to cut off funding for an illegal war? since when? There's more to being an american than "supporting the troops". do details matter to the far-right? it seems not.

changing your mind on something doesn't make one a bad person. however not changing your mind when what you're doing just gets worse and worse as time goes on DOES make one insane.

  • Cost him the election, there is no explanation for this or countless other pro-war statements he made, statements that we must act against Saddam and Iraq. Just look at other videos on YouTube for proof.

  • Kerry looks like a Muppet.

  • Nice way to take something OUT OF CONTEXT!

Why show only a 10 second sound bite, obviously cut off right before he was about to explain the reasoning behind it? Is it because he used big words that you didn't understand?

  • fuckin yellow dogs

  • john kerry is living off of someone else's dime. So is teresa "the bitch" kerry. That's why he flip-flops, because he really doens't have a care in the world, just a lust for personal indulgence. So flip-flops thinking he can win the majority support. It just backfires like a '76 gremlin.

  • this was clearly the issue that defined this election the flip flopper label which tied into the swith boat attack ads. Despite whether you agree or disagree with the war, you should be patriotic in supporting your troops, and voting against funding isn't very patriotic. The same method the Republicans used against Max Cleland and the Homeland Security bill.

  • It is not just John Kerry, its all the Democrats!!

  • the best of politics right here folks

  • lol john kerry lol terrible campaign lol.

    george w bush.

not lol bad president kerry would have been less worse lol.

  • LOL LIBERAL PIECE OF SHIT
