Hi drybec, Yes this is the harness that Nuno used and which he taught me (and many others) how to and when to use. It is a traditional & old style of harness. Still widely used in Portugal as well as many other classical trainers around the world. My experience has been that it is valuable or obviously I wouldn’t be using it.
This brought tears to my eyes. This is wonderful Marji, I am so gald you posted it. I know how hard this is to do after our last clinic. We only broke the yarn once! For those of you who think this is easy or a gimmick, it is not!
