You can modifie it .it is easier to trac your calories with an I phone app called my fitness pal.just tipe in what you feel like eating and it will give you a ball park figure of the amount of calories its worth .

ok im doing p90x but does eating affect the results you get? Im not saying i eat hella junk food but i dont tend to eat healthy will this have any negative affects? yea i no p90x comes with a eating guide but im just a kid and cant afford that stuff :/
@538gerardo538 Eating right is 80%-85% of the work out if not more. It sounds off but its true. If you read the book it even says this. If you don't eat right then your not going to get the best results. You have to work smart not hard.

That way you eat less naturally. Don't eat heavily in the night, but it's better to eat something than go to bed hungry as a motherfucker. Ther's an easy fix for this dogg.. what i did was buy a cd case from "case logic" or something like that so that my dvds wouldn't get scratched cus they're pretty expensive...I gotta say the hardest thing IS the food, i'm mexican and i come form tacos, burritos, tamales,you know all that food with a bunch of carbs...so it's pretty tough to change these habits but it has to be done!! Good job on your journey>
@AutoTechHector on top of that its fried! I totaly understand. I have come to the realizeation that 80% of it is diet and 20% is the actual workouts. If Beachbody has taught me anything, its how to eat right.

@AutoTechHector The only tyhing I have ever taken in all my years of working out is protein. I was a little skinny guy for a long time so I took protein to gain weight and muscle...it worked but that was a long time ago. I started to get high body fat levels starting about 4 years ago. I still take protien but only as part of meals and stuff.

@AutoTechHector That's exactly what I wanted. I weighed over 190lbs at 5' 9" and wanted to get cut too. I followed that eating just like they said and I droped to a little under 175lbs. Follow the eating and it will work! Promise!
Yep, I agree. The package sucks and scratches the dvds. Good thing BB gives a lifetime replacement for damaged dvds if you buy from them and not some bootlegged seller from ebay, or flea market guy out of his trunk. Great results btw.
We have pretty much followed the eating guide to the best of our ability. I thought and still think the eating part of this program is the hardest part of it all. You got to keep it constantly keep it in mind especially with people around you not really understanding what you are doing. It was tough at first but we've gotten used to it.
