the action scenes are good, but the slower scenes don't really go well with the music. The fast fowarding of the clips is sort of a turn off. It's good overall though.

All kidding aside, all animé fans have a Pavlovian reaction to subtitles. If they're in your video, the viewer will be reading them instead of watching your movie. Imagine them missing that awesome sync that took you six weeks to figure out. I'd cry.
This anime is awesome I got the dvds for 18$ in a store...only 3 episodes but still 3 eps was all this series needed...although I have seen Read or Die OVA or whatever it is I didnt like it that much...the action wasnt nearly as fast paced as orginal
