  • This is really great. I own a small heating and cooling company in Kansas City. I feel that the heating and cooling of our home being the bulk of the energy used. That I should offer some way of compensating for that. Wind and solar have come so far in the past few years that this is the way I am going to do it. What is the system you use??

  • what's that car, looks like a DC Cab.

  • this is awesome ... what you are doing I envy. These fucking utility boards ... they make it hard for you to make and sell your power.

Lets look at the tragedy in the US BP oil?

I am in the process of pitching our Candian Government on an off grid cottage development in Nova Scotia.

Great job I wish I knew what you know

  • @bobdeniro55 That is a great idea. I many cases, it is cheaper to install an off grid solar system than to sting new lines. But, batteries need lots of maintenance. For example if one battery is dead it will strain the others in the array and will cause their life expectancy to diminish faster. If you are successful with this idea feel free to email us.

  • Love your system. Dont you love big power they will make it almost impossible to be independent. Keep up the good work

  • Nice! 5 stars ;)

  • thanks

  • Do you have a diagram of your setup? Also a parts list of all the Inverters, charge controllers, panels, turbine(s) with cost (or aprox cost). I'm looking at a setup close to what you have and doing all my research before spending a dime.
