You mean on the pawprints or the background? Assuming you're talking about the background since that color effect is unique.

I just added one random color curve effect, then I added the unsharp mask outline edges effect and increased the radius some, and also, I increased the threshold on that effect a little bit. I lost the original project file so I don't know exactly how I did it.

I set the quality setting on my DVD player to the highest available option. How you do that depends on your DVD Recorder's model, whether its a Sony, Panasonic, etc.
