  • William Petersen was so young and so cool and so thin and so badass in this film! It totally reminds one of James Caan in Thief or Ryan Gosling in Drive! Both good films as well! Fuck I hate the 1980s!

  • BOOOM!! THIS IS IT!

  • Scary image of William Petersen at the end. Especially after considering his fate in the film.

  • "Everybody knows Rick Masters won't go near a job without front money. You should also know that I've never fucked a customer out of his front money. I've been coming to this gym 3 or 4 times a week for 5 years. I'm an easy man to find. My reputation speaks for itself. The fact is, that if you can't come up with the front money, you're not for real."

  • @TheMechanic11 classic

  • You still drivin' that piece of shit?

  • WAIT.

  • the most bad ass movie, that has ever existed!!

  • Sigh.... I really miss the 1980's.... Such an awesome time to be alive.

  • i love these ending credits!!!

  • GREAT MOVIE

  • being yourself is the main thing...

  • I remember when this movie came out

  • It has a tendency to screw-up groundhog day....

  • Saw this movie in Chicago w/ a young & fired up crowd on a Friday night. I was in awe from the opening scene, opening credits from start to the finish. Chance was such a psycho & so out of control. Never heard a theater crowd gasp like that near the end. I was shocked. Then Vukovich dressed as Chance: "You're working for me now"...took a few secs for people to take it all in, but the theater went NUTS. Packed house of 2,000 people loved it. We all said sequel for sure w/ Vukovich taking over.

  • The true crime is that Wang Chung didn't get to do any more movie soundtracks. They were excellent at it.

  • Sad fact but so true, this is a very great movie that does not get the credit it should. I too, love Wang Chung and feel they were one of the many , perfect music choices for this GREAT Movie. I hope we may see a part two to this great movie..............................................................

  • @firehorsedude at the end of the movie when the blue truck pulls up whos is it? chance is dead right? and his partner is inside with the informant/girlfriend.

  • This is one great movie, the music is outstanding. One of the best movies i have ever seen! Reminds me of the movies from the 70s were everything seemed so real.

  • Wow, realmente eriza la piel esta secuencia.

  • Love the film, great music and what a ending.

  • 'Wait'...the most underrated of Wang Chungs material.

  • Thats for sure dude...

A terribly underated song that fits this ending perfectly to another equally underated film...

To Live and Die in LA, is so underated its criminal...

IMO its William Petersen's best role as an actor, and Friedkin's second best movie after the French Connection...

  • Memories and 80's flicks that rule

  • Very, very hard to find.... Thanks for post this BIG song.... Greats memories

  • wang chung goooooooooooood very gooooooooooood

  • Thanks for uploading again love this song never get bored listening to it

  • This song is great! (best from wang chung album)

  • i read that michael mann called this movie a rip off of his miami vice series. i loved it -saw it in the theater when it came out. chance should have lived, but it was a gutsy move to kill him off.

  • Go 80`s and why did they have to kill Chance.

  • I think they wanted the film to be a lot different to most 80s police dramas, where good cops do good things and etc. Chance caused the death of a government agent, prevented a diamond police raid going through and sleeps with his info source, among other things, to take down a counterfeiter to get revenge. He wasn't a "good cop", as it were, so they killed him off. That's what I think anyway.

  • @Lysimachus Chance was good in the sense he took down Masters cause Masters was untouchable. The price was high, the government agent was shot by his own people not by Chance though.Everyone going on Chance's trip were going to be in for a hell of a ride :)

  • @Lysimachus Chance was good in the sense he took down Masters.Noone could get to Masters he was smart. The gov agent who died was shot by his own people was'nt Chance's error. The price was high but anyone going on the journey Chance was taking was going to be in for a hell of a ride :)

  • Vukovich: Steal real money to buy conterfeit money? How's that gonna look in court?

  • GREAT !

  • Jeff Rice: I owe you Cody. Next time there be no fuck-up.

Eric 'Rick' Masters: What next time? He's in protective custody.

Jeff Rice: Hell, protective custody don't mean shit to me! The man's dead.

Eric 'Rick' Masters: In a pig's ass!

  • I want my paper, Jeff.

  • @dangoist Guess what? Uncle Sam don't give a shit about your expenses. You want bread, fuck a baker.

  • Welcome dangoist and thanks for posting this scene. I love the music.
