The thing with people saying that different decades has better music or not, is not looking at the whole picture. It might seem that the 80s or whatever decade had all this great music, but that is because that you are only hearing the best of the best on the radio etc. I asked my parents, and they said that the amount of shitty songs was still roughly the same in the 80s, its just that people these days only ever hear the hits.

"I'm 13 and I love this song!" Um, I don't care? Not everyone sticks to the current mainstream, we all have different tastes so STFU or GTFO. This music is GREAT, and me being 19 has NOTHING to do with it. lol

Couldnt agree with you more. I'm only 20 and i love the beatles, led zepplin, meat load, silver chair, celine dion, guns n' roses. Music doesnt have a time. It's for everyone. It's an outlet for your emotions!

I couldn't agree more... kids nowadays don't know any of the good songs ...such a waste. Its sad to think our culture will be lost from those times. (we can always try and pass it on)

lol. Everybody in here is right. all music before this current decade has been awesome! The past 9 years of music, there has been a handful of "good" music and the rest is just horrible and atrocious. Lets see, rappers? Is that even music technically? Probably not. All current generation rap is just a dude blirting out random words or even worse a dude rapping about things degrading to women. That's not something you should be proud to stand for. And yes, tell them to sing, not use auto-tune.

love my musice, but plaz dont hate on lil wayne, he is legendary, and an amazing artist. i have a wide voriety but lil wayne is amazing u just need too open up and listen a little harder. music i inspiration and inspiration can come from alot and many people you wouldnt expect. :) love tghe players not the game. lol

The thing with people saying that different decades has better music or not, is not looking at the whole picture. It might seem that the 80s or whatever decade had all this great music, but that is because that you are only hearing the best of the best on the radio etc. I asked my parents, and they said that the amount of shitty songs was still roughly the same in the 80s, its just that people these days only ever hear the hits.
