@SonzBros WoW's story continues from the warcraft series which came out in 1995/1996 which is older than RS. I never said anything about graphics making up a game. You cant honestly be judging a game from just what you see. I've seen AND played the RS and its pretty much a huge grindfest, no matter what you do in the game theres still some degree of tedious grinding. on most of the quests i found myself skipping through text/conversations just to go "collect 8 X kill 10 Y"

level 80 wow before cataclysm beat all raids on hardmode 11/12 icc hm and 2x of the 3 seasons i played on wow i got gladiator.. wow is an easy game and theres nothing to do half the time i was on.
@tonychet2s RS takes absolutely nothing but mindless time and grinding, and is not fun on the way. You can argue all day that RS lasts longer, but then dozens of Korean grinders last longer than RS, but yet they're not better, why? Because they are LONG, BORING GRINDS.
You could play less than 10 hours a week in WoW and progress heavily. Good luck doing that in RS, not to mention chances are you'll be having more fun in WoW.

You can play for months and not just be doing the exact same thing like getting to lv 80 and just raiding or w/e u do on rs if u max combat theres other forms of combat, and other skills to make combat funner if you do them right so either someone made a legit WoW vs RS play WoW on 1 acc for a year play RS on 1 acc for a year then compare how long u did same things etc

Add a quest here and there that don't take your attention off of how boring and repetitive all of RS is, and you have RS. The game is the exact same thing with different numbers at higher levels. Your only actual variety is in Mage and Summoning but guess what? It's still the same shit. Click. Wait.

The thing about these vids is the person plays WoW for months even years, then plays rs for 20mins just long enuf to figure out how to dance and find a few basic places. And in rs is actually TAKES TIME to get to a lvl where the game gets a lot better. Compared to WoW maybe a month or so for lvl 80 and in rs in takes a month to get 1 skill to the highest level out of I think 29 skills or around there. I was a 95 in RS. Before you even TRY to say that's not enough, I experienced MOST of the game and the little I didn't wouldn't have been much different.

Both Blizzard and Jagex are very successful companies. They are rivals. But I don't see Jagex mods and Blizzard mods getting into nerd fights or fist fights, so why must their respective communites?

In WoW you can fly with flying mounts everything has amazing details WoW even has a CUTSCENE epic storyline that has been around for 15 years vehicle quests and the wate graphics look amazing in the next expansion WoW has mounts that can hold up to 2 passengers definatley dont see any of that in runescape. If you ever listen to the music in runescape your ears will blow off it sounds horrible but the music in WoW sounds so amazing and fitting for each area WoW is in a league RS will never be in
Yes, WoW has it's pros, but ever thought of those cons? Dude, 15 bucks may not be a lot with your mom paying for it, but to others on their own pay for it, and it's hard. Runescape actually has better graphic updates now every week or so. Do not even pull more classes in to the fight of WoW vs RS, as more classes, comes more unbalanced, especially in PvP or BGs. I can only talk as none of you can about either one sucking worse than the other. I have played both for at least 3 years each.

My 16 year old cousins play WOW and what i have seen and what i have watched them do looks just about the same. Maybe you might have better graphics but thats not a big deal in my eyes... @SonzBros WoW's story continues from the warcraft series which came out in 1995/1996 which is older than RS. I never said anything about graphics making up a game. You cant honestly be judging a game from just what you see. I've seen AND played the RS and its pretty much a huge grindfest, no matter what you do in the game theres still some degree of tedious grinding. on most of the quests i found myself skipping through text/conversations just to go "collect 8 X kill 10 Y"

@tonychet2s RS takes absolutely nothing but mindless time and grinding, and is not fun on the way. You can argue all day that RS lasts longer, but then dozens of Korean grinders last longer than RS, but yet they're not better, why? Because they are LONG, BORING GRINDS.
You could play less than 10 hours a week in WoW and progress heavily. Good luck doing that in RS, not to mention chances are you'll be having more fun in WoW.

You can play for months and not just be doing the exact same thing like getting to lv 80 and just raiding or w/e u do on rs if u max combat theres other forms of combat, and other skills to make combat funner if you do them right so either someone made a legit WoW vs RS play WoW on 1 acc for a year play RS on 1 acc for a year then compare how long u did same things etc

Magic can be done the same way or by repeatedly clicking something with a spell set to auto.
The others are still far from being fun or actually engaging.
You could simply play a better game with a fraction or NONE of the grinding and still have better gameplay in the end.

The thing about these vids is the person plays WoW for months even years, then plays rs for 20mins just long enuf to figure out how to dance and find a few basic places. And in rs is actually TAKES TIME to get to a lvl where the game gets a lot better. Compared to WoW maybe a month or so for lvl 80 and in rs in takes a month to get 1 skill to the highest level out of I think 29 skills or around there. I play both runescape and Wow i have 80 pally 80 mage 80lock 80 dk and 78 hunter in runescape i have a lvl 107 2 skillcapes but im sory for u guys sayin how rS sucks or fails and wow owns really in my view runescape is alot more funer my only prob with wow is that all u can do is 2 perfessions raid and pvp and your stuck 2 one thing like warrior or mage in runescape u can be a range mage warior and train all the perfession and its alot harder to level in runescape then WoW.. read nxt comment

@budwee10 the 130 million players is bullshit . its more like 200,00 since half of those players are bots,hackers,spammers,gold farmers and little babies. WoW Cataclysm has far changed from vanilla with much better graphics more engaging quests better combat unique boss mechanics in dgs and raids i can show you a video of one if its new raids. my friend plays runescape.. just one of them.. funny hes 18 and in the 10th grade and like the most immature person in our entire school. he says wow is too complicated and expensive. so WoW is for people who can afford and people with a brain.
runescape is for poor people who prefer just mindlessly clicking and doing nothing. and theres no new gear at max level rs you have the same gear from like elvel 105 to 138( which is a timespand of like a year) FUN.

FYI, you're a complete and total hypocrite.
I was a 95 in RS. Before you even TRY to say that's not enough, I experienced MOST of the game and the little I didn't wouldn't have been much different.
RS is literally nothing but 20% clicking, 80% waiting. You click a tree, then you wait.
Let's just say there is almost 0% waiting in combat, professions, etc. in WoW. Also, lol@"click click click". Pathetic.

I dont even see how rs players are trying to argue that rs is better. i played runescape for over 3 years and if i could take it back i would. as soon as i tried wow i knew it was better. the map is 50x bigger, theres dungeons.. not dungeoneering, skills involve you at the computer not clicking on something

WoW combat is actual combat, theres races, when oyu die on wow you dont lose every fucking thing(almost besides 3 items) you have you can be dangerous in wow and in wow you cant eat 15 WHOLE sharks in like 15 bites in like 10 seconds. pvp is way more fun on wow and has purpose not a bunch of kids whose name is "Rspkerz123" and "ownedDcLaW" WoW is a game. not a java thing you just go to runescape and play

WoW does not take what you call "skill". It's just more key pressing. If you want actual "skill", do something in real life. It certainly beats sitting on your computer for over twelve hours trolling and raging on these two games. Plus, most of the comments below are very biast to the opposition.
Both Blizzard and Jagex are very successful companies. They are rivals. But I don't see Jagex mods and Blizzard mods getting into nerd fights or fist fights, so why must their respective communites?

In WoW you can fly with flying mounts everything has amazing details WoW even has a CUTSCENE epic storyline that has been around for 15 years vehicle quests and the wate graphics look amazing in the next expansion WoW has mounts that can hold up to 2 passengers definatley dont see any of that in runescape. If you ever listen to the music in runescape your ears will blow off it sounds horrible but the music in WoW sounds so amazing and fitting for each area WoW is in a league RS will never be in

Yes, WoW has it's pros, but ever thought of those cons? Dude, 15 bucks may not be a lot with your mom paying for it, but to others on their own pay for it, and it's hard. Runescape actually has better graphic updates now every week or so. Do not even pull more classes in to the fight of WoW vs RS, as more classes, comes more unbalanced, especially in PvP or BGs. I can only talk as none of you can about either one sucking worse than the other. I have played both for at least 3 years each.
