@calmyoshiz Do you really think this band is that well known? Anyone with a bank account can set up a music video shoot, record an album, and eventually get on a tour with bands exactly like them. All I ever said was that they were generic. However, it was YOU that got butthurt and went on your little "tangent." And I can probably predict that everything from this band follows that same pattern of accessibility and over-simplicity that scene bands are known for.

Now a days everything is "generic" Get over it. Bands form because they like a certain type of music and they want to make that music. not because they hate a way something sounds but wants to be different. If all you care about is if it's generic or not you'll end up hating anything good. and yes, there are little preteens out there who only cares about looks. Fans have nothing to do with the bands sound.

@calmyoshiz Well, this particular genre takes "genericness" and takes it too far. I realize there are a lot of bands in genres that sound the same, but not to the point of disgust like this genre. I couldn't tell this band from every other "randomly" named scene bands that have the EXACT same formula. And even if there are a lot of death metal, black metal, whatever clones, at least they don't whine about superficial topics like ex-girlfriends in a horribly "faggoty" voice.

Also if you can't tell the difference then you don't know music as well as you'd like to think. I can have music on shuffle of the exact same genre and tell what every single band is no matter how similar they sound as long as I know them and like them. Also just because they can actually sing doesn't mean is a "faggoty" voice

@calmyoshiz I can very much tell the difference between bands, considering most of the bands I listen to don't sound exactly the same. But since I really don't like this kind of music nor care to listen to it, I notice everything that sounds exactly the same about every band. And I know plenty of vocalists that sing amazingly and don't sound like "faggots." Stu Block, Mike Lessard, Rody Walker, Spencer Sotelo, Daniel Thompkins, and I don't even care to list anymore.
