Couple of comments, if I may. Do not watch the fly foul ball, watch the player (catcher), she will take you to the ball. I notice that you are settig up based on teh catcher. Set up based on the plate. No part of your head should b over the plate. Put your right ear on the inside edge of the plate and work the slot more. Just my .02 based on evals I have been given.
