I agree that it doesn't sound as bad as you think it does. Definitely not tight, but it didn't train-wreck anywhere.
One idea - either move the drummer to the other side of the band or move his stand to the other side of the set because he didn't pick his head up once during the tune. He was in his own worl so there was no way he could see you trying to keep things together.
We were a little bit loose, but not as bad as i originally thought

Pretty good job! Jeroenpan is right by saying it's not an easy song. All I heard that needed improvment is the band needing to be tighter.
