  • i saw a 15 foot one in my backyard one time

  • i almost swam into a barracuda in xelha

  • @SgtHamster45 lol Too funny. I know what you mean. I just did that at Garrafon Park on Isla Mujeres! They must just hang there in the water waiting for us. :)

  • There was one almost five feet long in front of Occidental Grand last week. It was hanging out in a large school of smaller fish but not eating anything. I tried to get my camera out quickly but it turned away from me so I had to swim areound to get a side shot. The current was a not too strong so eventually I made it. I got two nice photo's. Canadians love it down there. The Spanish people love the Canadians as well!

  • You live in Yucatan?

  • @atronix No, we live in Canada. Love the Yucatan.

  • I stayed there one time and the snorkling was good under the pier until security came out and told me i couldnt snorkle there because of boat traffic. This is pretty much the only place you can see a variety of fish snorkling from the beach at this resort. Many better places on the island!!

  • seen that crazy, cought me off guard at first. also had the chance to see it at full speed this guy moves faster than your eye can trace. amazing place. like winning the lottery
